Agenda 21 is creeping into California land use policy
Simultaneously, the current administration in Washington is moving quickly to include private property in rural America in its sustainable land use plan. Locally. we have seen gold dredging stopped. Private property rights in California are being subjected to Agenda 21, a United Nations declaration on the collective society's right to control private property.
